DESCRIPTION:We’re delighted to announce that we will be opening for FREE on Monday\, Wednesday\, Friday and Saturday of the week 3rd – 8th December 2018 as part of the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF)  #ThanksToYou initiative.  Terms & Conditions apply. \nFree admission will apply to those who have a valid Lotto ticket/scratchcard. \nWe’re proud to be joining many National Lottery funded visitor attractions across the UK in saying “Thanks To You” to people who’ve raised so much for good causes by buying a National Lottery ticket. \nPlease click here to visit the HLF’s website and find out more. \nTerms and Conditions: \n\nVisitors must present one valid Lotto ticket/scratchcard per person.\nTickets for Lotto\, Euromillions\, Thunderball and HotPicks are all valid. SUMMARY:Battle of Britain Lace Panel: Then and Now
DESCRIPTION:This temporary exhibition will explore Dr Carol Quarini’s artistic response to the Battle of Britain Lace Panel.\nThe exhibition will include 1\,497 parachutes made by visitors to the Museum commemorating RAF aircrew killed in World War II. \nYou can find out more about Carol’s work by visiting her website. \nCarol will also be discussing the exhibition as part of our Friday Morning Talks programme on Friday 25th January\, 11am – 12pm. \nBefore being displayed at Bentley Priory Museum\, the exhibition was also on display at Gawthorpe Hall in Lancashire.
