SUMMARY:Battle of Britain Lace Panel: Then and Now
DESCRIPTION:This temporary exhibition will explore Dr Carol Quarini’s artistic response to the Battle of Britain Lace Panel.\nThe exhibition will include 1\,497 parachutes made by visitors to the Museum commemorating RAF aircrew killed in World War II. \nYou can find out more about Carol’s work by visiting her website. \nCarol will also be discussing the exhibition as part of our Friday Morning Talks programme on Friday 25th January\, 11am – 12pm. \nBefore being displayed at Bentley Priory Museum\, the exhibition was also on display at Gawthorpe Hall in Lancashire.
