Flying Without Feathers: RAF100 Concert

Flying without Feathers,
celebrating the RAF centenary
The programme is in two parts.
Part 1 is a revival of Fighter Command and the Battle for Britain, which was first performed at the Museum in 2015. Original concept and words by Philip Barnett, and music by Bryan Kesselman. Performers include children from St John’s C of E school (Stanmore) and Nigel Grant Rogers.
Part 2 contains all new material, written by Philip and Bryan to commemorate and celebrate the RAF centenary. Performers include The Chiltern Singers and Ruth Sillers.
Part 1 is a 30 minute promenade performance around the Museum. Part 2 is a 30 minute concert performance. There will be a 10 minute interval.
Ticket costs:
- Adults: £9
- Children aged 16 and under: £6

There are two performances over the day, one at 11:30am and another 2pm.
Please note: Access to the Museum on this day will only be for concert ticket holders. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Audience members for the 11:30am performance will have access to the Museum between 10am – 1:30pm.
Audience members for the 2pm performance will have access to the Museum between 1:30pm – 5pm.
