Suitable for: Year 3 and above
Students will explore the roles of men and women during the Battle of Britain and the technology they used through engagement with the Museum’s handling collection, which includes original artefacts that students can hold and investigate. Working in teams, students will also carry out historical enquiry into an object from our handling collection and present their findings back to their class.
National Curriculum Links: History, Science (Forces & Materials).
All workshops are accompanied by Volunteer led exploration of the Museum.
