POSTPONED: Friday Morning Talks: Finding The Few
April 24, 2020 at 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
We are sorry to announce that due to the current outbreak of coronavirus, the Museum is now closed and this talk has been postponed. We hope to arrange a new date for the talk with the speaker and will update the website in due course.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Join us for another Friday Morning Talk by speaker Andy Saunders, who will explore the life of a number of Battle of Britain pilots who were shot down and killed, but who remained missing for decades until diligent research and searches brought identification to them and closure to their families.
Each case represents a fascinating human story of humour, drama, love and tragedy; and each one represents a startling tale of detective work and remarkable coincidences, oft-times revealing controversy.
