Friday Morning Talks: D-Day Airfields – With Dom Pound

Join us at the Museum for our Friday Morning Talk, where Dom Pound will be talking to us about some of the airfields used for embarkation by airborne forces for D-Day.

The talk will focus on the airfields used by the 101st Airborne for D-Day, the units flying from there and some of the achievements of then men on D-Day, including the Battery at Brecourt Manor & Objective WXYZ.

The talk will take place in the Museum’s Learning Centre and entry is included with Museum admission or Annual Membership.
